Volunteers are critical to the Taylor County Fair! These essential folks are what make many of our exhibits memorable and engaging. No expertise required – just a willingness to help your fellow fair fans make the most of their day! Most shifts are two to three hours, and we’ll show you what to do. Sign up solo or with a group!

Great volunteer opportunities available if you need service hours for school or church. Forms can be signed in the Fair Office after completing volunteer hours.

Sell tickets at Front Gate or Pit Area prior to and during Grandstand Shows.
Friday - Pit 4 - 8pm; Front 6:30-10pm
Saturday - Pit 4-8pm; Front 6-9pm
Sunday - Front 12noon - 2pm
Clean under grandstand and collect cans. You can keep the cans or put in fair recycling. Saturday and Sunday mornings and Sunday late afternoon.
Be present in the Exhibit Hall to prevent damage and playing with judged exhibits.
Thursday - 5-10pm
Friday, Saturday - 10am-10pm
Sunday - 10am - 5:30pm
